This is a good product for a gallon of milk. Especially if one struggles to lift to pour. Remember to remove the ring after the jug cap is taken off so this will seat more securely on spout. It tends to randomly drip but nothing major. Uses regular batteries. I’d buy again.

Doesn’t work when cold.
The pump works fine…until you leave it in the fridge over night. I bought it so we wouldn’t have to move the gallon jugs of milk every morning. It seems when it gets cold, the batteries, motor, or switch doesn’t work. When I take it out and it warms up, it works again. Installing the unit each morning to pour a glass of milk, then removing and washing it defeats the whole purpose of convenience. The item doesn’t fit in a wine or liquor bottle, so I guess I wasted my money on this purchase.

Perfect for my elderly milk loving mom!!
Bought this for my elderly mother because lifting the milk gallon in and out of the fridge was becoming challenging and potentially dangerous. She loves when we put the machine on the top of the gallon and she can just put her cup underneath and get the milk she needs. She uses this every day and I give it five stars for the ease of use even though we have had to replace the product every six months, it’s more of a sanitary thing and perhaps if you were using it for anything other than milk it would be fine. It really helps her remain independent in her home so anything that does that gets my approval!! I’m not sure what it would be like with kids, but for my mom who loves milk it has been a lifesaver!! I don’t have to worry about her falling in her frail condition because she’s trying to lift a gallon of milk.

What’s that milk smell?
Works really nicely. Made well, and durable. It’s promoted to be used with milk but be warned there’s always a little left at the tip and the milk will leak out very easily. Get ready to clean up after.

Molded on the inside before we finished a jug of milk. Not very powerful. Takes longer than just pouring it by hand

At first we were very excited to have this product.. our milk jugs are large and really heavy, so it was meant to ease pouring milk. however, there was no way of giving it a proper clean, nothing is detachable and there’s many crevices you simply can’t get to. We tried soaking it in soapy water and rinsing it off, but since you can’t take it apart at all and not even remove the silicone protective straw around the cables, it’s bound to keep bacteria. At first we discovered a weird sludge in the cups of our coffee whenever we had milk with it, and then it soured very quickly despite it being fresh with an expiry date in the future. Just as a warning.. I do not think this is a hygienic product to use unless only intended for water.

This has been a game changer for our family. Yes I agree, some might call it not a necessary item. But it’s easy, convenient, saves the fridge door shelf from wear and tear of getting milk and water bottle in and out. And easier for my kids to get their own water and milk. I have had it for over 2 months and have only had to put batteries once initially. I have used it on Juice bottles and it works great. Just be sure not to use with pulp based juice or super thick smoothies. Overall a great product and I will highly recommend it!!

Bought one of these and loved it. Bought 2 of an off brand and was horrified at the quality compared to this version. These fit great on the 4l JUG and work great , battery covers feel good not cheap lile the other kind.
