Get Ready To Make Hamburgers For Your Next Block Party
The Newhai Burger Patty Maker is just that….you’ll be making burgers in no time. Truth be told, making your own burgers instead of buying pre-made patties creates a world of difference at your next barbecue. The Newhai Commercial Burger Patty Maker is a fast, easy way to make even sized burgers. You get 3 different plate/bowl sets to allow you to make 4″, 5″, or 6″ burgers. The machine appears of high quality and should last. Exchanging bowls/plates are easy and takes a minute…just screw off the lower plate from the bowl, unscrew the bowl, screw on the new bowl/plate and exchange the top plate for the new one. Making a burger is a piece of cake. There is a button on the side that drops the lower plate down into the bowl. Make sure you put a patty paper on the lower plate, then put your ground meat on the paper, put another paper on top of the meat and your ready to go. Pulling down the arm swings the top plate over the bowl and presses down on the meat effortlessly. Pulling the handle back up lifts the top plate off the burger, swings the top plate to the side and lifts the bottom plate to the top of the bowl for easy removal of your newly made burger. You get 400 patty papers for each size of the 3 burger-sized options (a total of 1200 patty papers enough to make 200 burgers of each size). Additional patty papers can easily be found on Amazon. The machine is about 12.5″ high, about 11″ long and 10″ deep, so it will take up some space on your countertop. The bowls/plates are easy to unscrew for a quick clean up in your sink (would not use the dishwasher on this one). Finally, the price. At $179.90 ($189.90 minus a $10 coupon), this is an expensive machine that will not be for everyone. However, you are getting a quality machine that should last for some time. Recommended

This is the type of product that when you’re first encountering it you can’t help but think: “Who needs this?”Making a burger patty is the kind of thing you think anyone can do. You’ve got two hands you can make a burger patty, why do you need a special tool to do it and why would you spend nearly 200 dollars on said product?The thing about is when you do start using it you realize just how much it makes things better.Are you someone who grills your burgers from scratch when you’re having a barbecue? Use this machine to pop out dozens and have them together ahead of time to make the process smoother.Hunt and want to make some burgers ahead of time? Go from the meat grinder to the burger patty maker to transform your hunt into something your family can use on any day of the week.Want to have a quick burger without so much fuss? Make a whole bunch and enjoy the paper shields as a way to keep them stacked together till you can bring them out individually.Really what this machine exceeds in is it gives you uniformity of quality. Your burgers will all be the same size, the same level of thickness, everything will be identical and as a result you can control what you have to deal with when you cook. Its not a machine you might use daily but when you do bring it out it makes the process of making burger patties so much more efficient. You’re able to make adjustments in the thickness of your burgers so you can tailor -make them to your own tastes. Not for everybody but I ended up really falling in love.

Heavy duty
I try to save time by making batch prepared food and burger or chicken patties are no exception. This is a heavy duty (and heavy!) unit that works well. I usually weigh my meat by piece and roll them into a ball and then press them making several patties for storage. Depending on the fat content of the meat I use I change the patty size to larger and increase the weight to accommodate for the shrinkage during grilling (or however you like to cook it). It was easy to clean and store, just another kitchen appliance that takes space but worth it.
