Excellent product that works as intended. I would recommend to other
They works amazingly well. It took a little tinkering around with them to get my process down by following a youtuber’s advice. She recommended letting the eggs cook for 30 seconds or so then add a little water to the pan….maybe half a shot glass to get some steam action going then put a glass lid on it so you can see the cooking process to ensure they’re not over cooked. The steam keeps the eggs from burning and helps cook them evenly to perfection. I worked at a fast food chain with some golden arches when I was a young kid and that’s how we prepared the eggs for our sandwiches. They might make terrible food but they sure know what they’re doing when it comes to cooking eggs. Plan to ruin a couple eggs in your trial and error phase while getting use to using them just like you did the first time you tried cooking a couple over easy eggs. Grease your pan and the ring, let the ring and pan heat up for 3-5 minutes, add your eggs, add some water, cap with lid, then remove 5-7 minutes later depending on the consistency you prefer. The eggs tend to stick ever so slightly where the handle part is and I like perfect eggs so I use a mini spat (anything similar would work) to push the egg down as I lift the ring from the pan. I make egg sandwiches with yellow cheese on a soft bun twice a day and I have to stop because I’m getting a little soft in the middle. Excellent buy. If you’re unable to use these you may want to pass on cooking eggs altogether.

Wonderful for Blackstone Owners!
I love these egg rings! I’m a new Blackstone owner and I had to make our own breakfast sandwiches because, why not? The rings are perfect for this. I make sure that I put enough butter down, I didn’t even coat the inner ring, and after the egg had been cooking for a minute or so I was able to pick up the ring and the egg didn’t stick. I had very minimal leakage of the egg white, I think it was because I made to sure to coat my Blackstone with butter first. The silicone made it so I could pick it up without getting burned. They clean up really easily, the handles fold down for easy storage. These really are nice, I feel better about using these than the silicone ones, not sure at what temperature they start leaching into your food. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a great little egg ring!

No Eggs Were Ruined
I did not ruin any eggs at all using these rings, in spite of the warning from a reviewer that we should plan to ruin a few in “trial and error.” They will not leak egg whites if your pan or griddle is warmed up sufficiently before you start cooking. I have the heat a tad higher when I start cooking the eggs, which helps set the bottoms quickly, and then lower it. They work very well for pancakes, although I recommend coating the rings with oil or butter for both eggs and pancakes to avoid sticking. I recommend the assorted set with 4 inch and 6-inch options because you can do a lot with the 6 inch as well. We have a griddle in the middle of the stove, and it is fun to use it for eggs or pancakes or both! You can make perfect little eggs to put on a bun, but the rings are handy for cooking multiple eggs in a large skillet. I don’t know how to ruin eggs using these rings, especially if you heat the pan up adequately and grease the rings before using them. The rings are very easy to clean.

Perfect for breakfast sandwiches!
I bought these as a surprise for my daughter who likes premaking breakfast sandwiches for her husband. She had never seen these and once she used them. She now says she will not cook an egg for those sandwiches any other way!
