Extremely sharp, use cut gloves unless you want to lose a finger.
This is incredibly sharp and comes with tons of attachments that are easy to use. It works very well and makes cutting veggies a quick task. I highly recommend wearing cut gloves while using it. Yesterday my husband was cutting a cucumber, he was utilizing the safety guard however it was too flimsy to use with a cucumber so he had to place his fingers closer than he wanted and he ended up cutting off a significant portion of his pinky finger. It got him on the side of his pinky from tip to first knuckle and nearly to the bone in depth. Urgent care cauterized the wound to stop the bleeding but there was nothing more they could do. He said it cut through his finger like butter. So the product is excellent and does exactly as advertised however please use incredible caution as according to urgent care it is very common for people to lose fingers to this device. I highly recommend buying a pair of kitchen cut gloves to go with this. Your fingers will thank you.

Nice chopper without breaking the bank!
Nice chopper that I bought to replace a cheaper one that I got at Dollar General for $12. (You get what you pay for!) Be careful as the blades are SHARP! Even on the chopper blades. You could easily cut your finger(s) even while washing. (Don’t ask how I know!) Fairly easy to clean with the included “comb” and brushes. It gets the job done quickly!

Sharp Blades and Time-Saving — Just Use the Safety Guard
I’ve been using this 8-Blade All-in-1 Vegetable Chopper / Mandoline Slicer with Container for meal prep over the past couple of weeks — mainly onions, peppers, potatoes, and cucumbers.Performance:The blades are sharp. It diced onions evenly in seconds and sliced cucumbers consistently without crushing them. For potatoes, I used the thicker blade insert and got uniform cuts for home fries. It definitely speeds up prep compared to hand cutting.The container underneath catches everything cleanly, which keeps the counter less messy.Build & Stability:The base feels sturdy enough for regular kitchen use. It stays put on the counter if you press straight down. The lid mechanism works smoothly without feeling flimsy.Cleaning:Blades need careful rinsing — food can lodge between the grids. A small brush helps. It’s not difficult to clean, but you do need to take a minute to do it properly.Important:Use the hand guard. The blades are genuinely sharp, and it would be easy to nick a finger if you rush.Bottom Line:If you prep vegetables regularly and want faster, more uniform cuts, this tool delivers. Our handheld onion chopper broke and we needed a new one. The one we’d had is not longer available, of course. Then I saw this one and got it and am so happy I did. It has several different blades, which I like, so you can chop, julienne, slice etc. which is really handy and it is so easy to use. I would say it is actually even better than the one we had so this is a win-win for sure!

Got it on a whim, but glad that I did…
I got this on a whim on sale after seeing numerous social media posters talking about similar units. I’ve used it primarily to chop cucumbers and apples for salads so far, but its handled those tasks very well. I’m going to be using the slicer and julienne blades this weekend as I’m making soup and it should make very short work of the celery and carrots.The device is sturdy and the blades are VERY sharp. The blade packs were initially a bit of a problem to get in and out of the cover, but after a few uses that became easier.Cleaning is a bit of a chore, especially the pusher fingers, but the included cleaning comb and brush do a good job.To be honest, I really thought that I’d use it a couple of times and then go back to a cutting board and knife, but I don’t think that’s going to happen, especially if I have a lot of stuff to chop.

Fast, efficient, and easy
I haven’t tried all of the attachments but I have used most of them and can honestly say that this chopper has made my life a whole lot easier. The material feels durable and comes with its own storage and cleaning supplies. Some of the blades even come with tape on them to prevent and accidental cuts because they are very sharp. All in all, I am super pleased and highly recommend

This chopper really saves me a lot of time. I don’t have a ton of space in my small apartment so I can have a ton of different devices for food preparation. I like that it comes with inserts for juicing and slicing different veggies and even cutting french fries. The stainless steel blades make quick work of whatever I’ve thrown at them so far I especially like it for making salads and chopping veggies to add to a delicious stir fry. Best of all it does all this without taking up much space and it’s quite easy to keep clean. Couldn’t be happier.

Wow. What a time saver. The blades on this are so sharp, put a carrot in there and it cubes it, no problem. There are multiple different blade types and you can even use it to shave the veggies instead. It takes seconds to do whole vegetables, and clean up is pretty easy. I’ve wanted a vegetable chopper like this for ages, and I’m so glad I finally got one. This thing is awesome. It cuts prep time down quite a bit, especially if you’re preparing simple diced or sliced pieces. The set includes a bunch of attachments, each for different uses, such as various-sized cubes, slices, shreds, grates, spirals, etc. I love that it includes a little organizer for the blades — they’re very sharp and having them stored neatly makes a huge difference. If it didn’t, I could see these sharp blades ending up loose in drawers and cabinets, which is an accident waiting to happen. The chopper itself takes up a bit of space, but the base holds a good amount, so you’re not constantly emptying it. It’s a very practical tool for anyone who cooks regularly or just likes to save time in the kitchen. It also arrives in a nice (nothing special but nice) box with images showing the product and what it can do, so it’s something you could gift.

I LOVE this chopper. It makes meal prep / slicing and dicing a breeze. It comes with a couple of different sized attachments so you can pick the size you want for your veggies / fruit or whatever it is you are chopping. It also comes with a slicer. All of the blades are QUITE sharp – I already cut myself – so be careful and store them out of reach of children. You can also toss the whole thing (taken apart) into the dishwasher if you so choose – I prefer to wash things like this by hand. The top part can be a little bit tricky to clean (food gets stuck on the roof) but it comes with tools to help making cleaning easier and to get in between the cracks and scrape food out. You have to press down quite hard when using tougher vegetables but that is to be expected. For the price, I’m very impressed with the quality and the amount of attachments it comes with. I recently made salsa with it and it cut my prep time from about 10 minutes to less than two. I would definitely recommend this if you spend a lot of time cutting up veggies in the kitchen. It would also make a nice gift for a chef in your life.

I’ve had the opportunity to review several of these vegetable choppers through the Vine program, and I can say without hesitation that this is one of the most comprehensive sets I’ve seen.First of all, it’s nice and large. The plastic construction is very sturdy, again probably one of the sturdiest I’ve seen. And what distinguishes this one from others, is the array of thoughtful accessories and the organization.For one thing, they include a spiralizer, which on its own is not that exceptional, but it is rare to see one included in this kind of kit. It works decently as well, and has a nice design.Secondly, it comes with the usual blaze and graters, but they have helpfully included some storage boxes to put them in. I have another chopper like this where the blades are just rattling around in a drawer, with sharp edges exposed, so I really appreciate that they added this.They also add a couple of cleaning brushes and a little comb that allows you to get the food unstuck from the chopper grip. And the design is also nice — the little gripper handle has a nice pushing mechanism, so that you can really push the food down toward the grater. Also the little rectangular plates — that have the graters on them — are marked with a “+” and “-” to show you which direction to insert them.For the price on this, I honestly say don’t hesitate to get it. I’ve used it on several occasions (including the Greek salad shown in the photos, which took literally about a minute) and I find it’s everything I want and I think the price is extremely fair in comparison to others on the market.
