This is a great gadget! It works very well at removing the needles from my rosemary sprigs, and the chopper on the end is super sharp. It diced up those needles so easily in no time at all. I was afraid it might end up being one of those items that just sits there clogging up my kitchen drawer, but I can see it’ll be one thing that I’ll actually use on a regular basis!

Wonderful herb stripper/chopper
Bought 2 as gifts, I have one it works very well. Strips herbs easily from their stems very quickly and the end chops quickly. Made using stainless steel, quality. I’m so happy I purchased it. *****

Nice kitchen tool to have
I really like this little tool for cutting up herbs. It’s sharp and easy to use. I feel like the quality is in the mid level range but I think it will last me a good long while. It allows me to cut up herbs into fine pieces in less time. It fits in my hand just right allowing me to keep a nice grip on it. If you are looking for something like this, I would say go ahead and order this item. It was a good buy in my opion and well worth the money I spent on it. Good value.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This herb tool makes removing thyme leaves from the stalk a breeze. I also use it to cut herbs off the plants & chopping them. The blade is surprisingly sharp. It is a convenient design, works well, is the right weight & nicely sized for my hand

Well made, stainless steel, easy to store and use
Various size holes for different size stems… It scrapped off the leaves pretty well. It also had a sharp end to cut the stems off easily.
