You won’t find a better mainstream sponge
I’d say it’s better than the normal ones I used to buy, which was quite a surprise. I was expecting these to be less durable and not as effective. Absolutely not true. The scrub side is comparable to a gentle scrub sponge and totally acceptable. However the sponge side is very strong and has a firm squeegee feel as it rubs the surface of the dishes. I honestly think it is way better. It doesn’t smell funny and with reasonable care (rinse and dry) each sponge lasts a solid month. They also seem to hold a good amount of water and are great for wiping up the counter. I couldn’t ask for more. Keep them coming. I need one a month.

Great sponge
Got these to replace a more common smiley brand. These work GREAT. They clean well and hold up to a good amount of use. Size is similar to a normal sponge, maybe a little thicker due to the dual side. Holds soap well. We will continue to buy these.

We love how this is scratch resistant, the quality is great for an all natural material, it’s soft and cleans well. I love how it doesn’t retain certain food odors after each use (squeeze excess water after each use).

Great option for healthier manual dishwashin
Great option for healthier manual dishwashing. Same size and thickness as most non-plant-based sponges. The scrubby side lasts stands up to normal use and does a good job. These sponges do wear out faster than non-plant-based alternatives, but the cost helps to offset the replacement cycle.

Truly clean cleaning
Purchased multiple times. Good product, does the job and I feel better using them. Seems odd but I find them calming, natural and nicer on the eyes than the commercial brightly colored ones

Fantastic alternative to plastic dishwashing sponges
Used to be a Scrub Daddy fan until I realized that I was contributing to microplastics going down the drain! Tried these plant based sponges and they are great! Love that there is no plastic, these are made from wood cellulose and coconut husks, are compostable, and they do not start smelling like regular sponges do.

Better than typical supermarket sponges
I really like these! While I have only been using one for a couple weeks, I immediately felt the difference between these and the sponges usually found at the supermarket. They have a much sturdier feel to them, and truthfully, are a little stiffer, but that doesn’t bother me if they don’t start falling apart after a few weeks use. The scrubby side does what it needs to do beautifully, if not better than the usual scrubby side of regular sponges. I always bleach my sponges each week in a light solution to eliminate the growth of bacteria and mildew in my sponges. So far, that has not impacted this sponge at all. While time will determine if I continue using these, so far, all indicators are that I will be, as they are definitely superior than what I’ve got available to me locally.

Great product. We’ve been using one of the sponges for a while and it feels and functions just like a ‘normal’ supermarket sponge. Seems to wear similarly too. Very happy with it.

I like the eco friendliness of the sponge and the packaging, as well as how well the sponge holds soap. However, I’m disappointed that the scrubbing side of the sponge isn’t very effective and doesn’t last for more than a week or so. It soon falls apart and separates from the sponge. That said, we are happy with the rest of the sponge and can use it for other cleaning chores than just office dishes.
