Sturdy, easy to use, works great. The temperature settings, large base, and auto shut-off timer make this a really versatile tool – can warm mugs and also great for scented candles (in glass jars/containers – do not place wax directly on the surface!).

I love everything about this beverage warmer!The larger surface allows larger mugs than the other warmers that I have tried, and the various temperatures keep your drink at just the right temperature for you! The others I’ve tried did not seem to keep the whole mug drink warm until you reach the bottom of your drink.I love the lights to not only remind you that the warmer is still turned on, but also cleaverby letting you know which of the temperatures it is on by the different colors for each temperature!I also love that you have the option of a timer to help you remember to turn the warmer off after you have used it!I use mine every morning while I am reading my Bible, and my coffee is always perfect the whole time!The one I ordered is the wood tone and looks perfect in any setting!I am going to order these for the rest of my family!

Great candle warmer/mug warmer
I bought this for my husband as he likes to burn candles in his office. This is much safer as there is no flame involved and the warmer melts the wax and releases the scent and then turns off by itself. The candles will last longer as they melt evenly instead of making a well in the center. My husband also uses this to keep his cup of coffee warm. He really liked this gift and its dual function. Highly recommend!

This warmer with great features keeps cups and mugs warm, including large ceramic soup mugs.
Nice large base supports my large soup mug, which most warmers cannot do. Adjustable temperature is excellent, as is the adjustable auto-shutoff of two to twelve hours. The back light helps when the office lights turn off. The product has great protection for the surface on which the warmer is placed. Very solid construction. Works like a champ!

Fantastic for coffee or tea
Besides the digital toaster I bought this year, this coffee warmer is absolutely the best buy I’ve made so far. I’m often at home on the computer for hours. Normally, I’d get a cup of coffee and finish it even though it was cold. Now, my coffee or tea stays warm until the very last drop. What’s really handy is the three heat settings and the 2-hour-increment timer. At least you know if you do forget to turn it off, it’ll go off automatically after two hours. The only thing I noticed is that the bottom gets very hot. To that end, I decided to put a put a wooden trivet under it just in case.

Works great
This mug warmer works great. I use a ceramic mug and it keeps my coffee hot all day at work. You can use it to warm any beverage but I use mines for coffee the auto shut off works great because it turns off when I go to lunch and I turn it back on till the end of shift. Good value for the money and the length of cord is long enough to go behind my desk.

Love this little gadget. Keeps my coffee very warm in the morning with three settings of temperature: 176, 150, and 130. I like how the color coded LED lights up my desk which coordinates with the temperature setting.No complaints about it at all. I’ve had it for a couple of months now, use it every morning. Doesn’t take up much space on my desk.

Works great and a great deal.
The House Gem Mug Warmer has lighted led temperature reader which is a very convenient feature. This warmer also has three different temperature settings. These temps accommodate a full cup of coffee as well a half cup or lower thereby preventing burns from coffee that is too hot. The heating surface is large enough to heat a soup dish. This mug warmer maintains its temperature and does a great job keeping coffee as well as soups warm. The price is a little more than I wanted to pay for it, however now that I see how good it works I think it is a great deal. I would definitely buy this again for me or as a gift.

Il est un peu plus grand qu’un simple chauffe-tasse, donc il prend quand même de la place sur un petit bureau, mais dans mon setup tout est parfaitement équilibré et je ne le changerais pas. Les trois couleurs lumineuses changent selon le niveau de chaleur, ce qui est à la fois pratique et esthétique.Les trois niveaux de température sont très pratiques : il permet autant de réchauffer un café refroidi que de le maintenir à une température stable, sans altérer le goût.Gros point positif : le minuteur avec arrêt automatique, très pratique et rassurant. À chaque fois que des invités le voient, ils trouvent le concept original et aiment beaucoup l’idée.Seul détail à noter : à température élevée, la tasse peut devenir très chaude si on la prend par le bas plutôt que par la anse, donc il faut simplement être attentif.Un produit beau, efficace et très agréable à utiliser au quotidien, surtout pour le travail de bureau.

This heater is amazing. The 3 settings are great. The red is extremely hot. I use this on my balcony, blue is good enough for most part and in this -25 weather I have it on pink. My coffee gets warmer as I drink it. Be very careful not to touch the bottom of your cup after as it will be hot.Highly recommend

En la descripción decía que servía para calentar velas, pero al recibir el paquete, resulta que no! Aunque lo he utilizado para calentar velas, y lo ha hecho, siento que ha quemado, o tostado mucho la parte inferior de la misma, creo que deberían de ser honestos con lo que venden y no engañar!

Works perfectly, hot cup of coffee from beginning to end. The bottom of the unit does get a bit warm, so I placed a small cloth underneath it just in case.
