Durable, affordable sponges that actually hold up
I’ve tried a lot of basic cleaning sponges, and these Amazon Basics ones surprised me with how well they hold up. The texture is firm enough to scrub dried food off pans, but not so rough that it scratches surfaces. I used one sponge for several days of dishes, wiping counters, and cleaning my stovetop, and it didn’t break apart or get that “mushy” feel some budget sponges get quickly.The absorbency is great—they soak up spills fast without dripping everywhere. I also really like that the scrub side doesn’t wear down after just a couple uses. I tested it on stainless steel, nonstick pans, and my sink, and it cleaned effectively on all without leaving marks.For the price, I think these are a reliable everyday cleaning staple. High quality. Better than expected.
I often get these items at Dollar Tree, and wasn’t sure because the price here is a bit higher. But these are worth it. They are about half again as long and half again as wide as the ones from the dollar store. The scouring pad is also thicker than the dollar store ones, and it lasts longer because of that.Excellent value!

Good value for everyday cleaning
These scrub sponges work well for everyday kitchen cleaning. The dual sides make it easy to handle both light wiping and tougher messes, and they hold up well with regular use. They’re sturdy, effective, and a good value for the price.

Standard kitchen sponge.
Good kitchen sponge. Not sticky. Same size as the standard kitchen sponges, but at a cheaper price. Same thickness as the standard brands, but at a cheaper price. I prefer these to the more expensive ones because they’re pretty much the exact same.

Best value for the money!
These are the only kitchen sponges I buy. The thick sponge side absorbs well and the scrubbing side works at tackling stuck on messes. They last a decent amount of time before having to grab a new one.

Ok sponges. Don’t seem to last
Amazon basics items are normally decent and have good performance. These sponges are just ok. I used one sponge for scrubbing pots and pans. After about a week it’s already falling apart at the edge so first impression is not good. I won’t buy these again.
