This mat heats accurately and is very easy to use. It switches from Celsius to Fahrenheit with a touch of the screen. It rolls up easily for storage and even comes with a handy strap to keep it rolled up in storage. I checked the temperature with my handy electronic meat thermometer, and it came up dead-on to what the screen was indicating. This is an excellent substitute for a steam table.I use this not only for it’s primary use case of setting out buffet food in a party, but also for my hobby of rebuilding tablets and phones with broken screens – heating is necessary to soften the adhesives used in adhering the glass screens to the bodies of the devices, and they should be heated to a specific range to prevent damage to the electronics and batteries inside the devices. (Yeah guys, 80 degrees Celsius works just fine.) Being easy to clean is a definite plus on this for both uses. The surface below the mat does get warm, so be sure to use something that can resist a modest amount of heat. I found that a wood butcher block was great for that. I was very fortunate to grab this on sale, and before the tariff tax takes effect because it is made in China (who would have thought?). If you’re interested grab it now or be ready to pay $200 for it.

I absolutely love this product. I bought it for our holiday dinner and it did a superb job at doing it’s job😊. Before this we were using the buffet trays to keep food warm and let me tell you this is a game changer. No more dealing with the hassle of setting up those bulky trays anymore, these are have a slim and sleek design that look great in the kitchen. The set up is so easy just unpack, plug in and that’s it. The time and temperature are adjustable and the clean up is also a breeze. Let it cool, wipe it off, roll it and store away. I highly recommend this 1000%!!😁

Perfect for Gatherings
This is a great product! I purchased to keep food warm during gathering with family and friends during the holidays. We used to keep dishes warm as people arrived. It warmed quickly and kept the food warm until we were done. Cleaning and storage was simple. Highly recommend.
