Decided to try these vs. cutting paper to fit from a large roll (what a pain!). Also using these in lieu of aluminum foil; they are thick enough that juices and fats do not soak through enough to make a mess – typically not at all. Have used for baking chicken, roasting potatoes, baking bacon, meatloaf, salmon. All was great. No stick, no fuss, no mess, no trying to cut a big roll that won’t lay flat. Put a sheet in the pan, plop the food on, into the oven. Done.A big plus using this parchment paper vs. foil – no smoke; with foil, I’m running the exhaust fan – with this paper, no fan.Two thumbs up. It works so well that I purchased the next size up for 12″x16″ pans.

Easy cleanup – conveniently
These are super handy when you bake a lot like we do. We make cookies and homemade rolls regularly. They are also nice for anything with melted cheese so it doesn’t stick. The tear off kind often does not tear right for me. I fins that I like storing these in the drawer at my counter where I can just grab them and go. I sometimes cut them into 6 pieces to store meat in layers in the freezer. It seems like a good price to me for what you get. They are unbleached, which is a must for me.
