Oh my gosh!! This is a game changer in convenience. Received it as a gift and I just love it. The battery stays charged for a long time and not being confined to the counter for the electrical source give me the freedom to mix at the table, inside and outside. I bake a lot and this just adds another convenience to get my work done quicker.

I was skeptical of the durability and broad application of a “cordless” mixer. So briefly and accurately I have used it for sauces and slurries, whipping cream and meringue, pancake and cake batter and cookie dough. No issues. Walking around the kitchen to various pots and bowls without the tether of a cord is a bit awe inspiring. Nice feel in hand, controls work well, minimal splatter from beaters and the soft start is a nice touch. More money than corded but far more versatile.
