This knife surprised me by how well it cut.It is a nice size and fits comfortably in the hand. The knife opens and closes with ease. Slicing cumbersome was a breeze. The knife itself seems of good quality. The only complaint I have is the safety closing mechanism. It is not quite lined up for easy closing and release. It does work just more difficult to use than I would have expected. The knife is easy to clean and appears to be rust resistant.

I really like these kitchen scissors.They are very sharp and easy to use.I can cut herbs, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers with no problem.They are also perfect for trimming flower stems in bouquets.Now cooking and taking care of flowers is much easier for me.

I wish I could review better
UPDATE: seller reached out in response wanting to help make it a better experience for me.I want to love this scissors. It cuts well and is great to have BUT I cannot for the life of me get it to close again. I am squeezing it as tight as I can and the latch will not latch 🙁 I can’t have it sitting open anywhere in my kitchen with young kids around.
