Bought this to make my own bagels and it’s been perfect. The grip is comfortable, the edge is sharp, and it cuts cleanly through dough—even when it’s chilled. It’s also very easy to wash. Excellent quality and performance at a great price. Highly recommend.

Excellent kitchen tool. I use it for pizza dough and it works great. It’s well-made, sturdy, and has a good grip. I’ve tried the less-espensive plastic ones, but they don’t begin to compare with this one.

Good enough for what it’s for, and more
This is a basic bench scraper/dough cutter. I think the quality is as good as the white handle kind we all know and love, and the added scale (ruler) on the blade actually comes in really handy. The grip is ok, a little slippery.It’s great for transferring cut veggies to a pan etc.
