Where has this been all my life? Bought this to zest lemon for a flavored salt I was making. Worked beautifully and was so easy. The storage lid protects the blades while in a drawer and helps to keep them sharp. Thanks for a great product.

Excellent zester. Blades are sharp and do the job better than any zester I’ve ever had. Seems sturdy, time will tell. You can also put the cover on the backside to zest into it for less mess and easy cleanup.

Excellent BUT…..
Excellent with one reservation. I bought this to grate parm, it does that very well. However it is too long to fit into the draw with my other kitchen tools. If it were shorter it would not affect my usage as I don’t use the entire length. I typically grate parm over pasta and the size of the portion and plate are much smaller than the length of the grater so you can’t use its length anyway.

Works so well and so easily! I gave up on using the zester that was attached to my greater. It was so hard to clean and so cumbersome to use, I avoided making some of my favorite dishes because the zesting was just difficult. La lame tranchante en acier inoxydable a râpé le fromage avec une grande facilité et rapidité, ce qui m’a permis de gagner beaucoup de temps dans la préparation de mon repas.
