Better than expected
This onion Slicer is perfect. It is a total time saver and saves me the trying to not get cut. It is perfect in size, and functioning. Better quality than I had though. The price was cheap enough and I love the prongs have a cover for the tips. Perfect item to slice tomatoes as well as onions.

Works great, easy to store and use.
I was somewhat skeptical about this “oversized fork”, but after trying it on a onion, immediately realized just how useful it is. I’ve got slicers that work well (if you remember to keep your fingers well away from the blade), but this little jewel is better. Simple, easy to store and easy to use. Just stab an onion, wack off the ends, then slice, slice, etc. and your done. Rinse and throw it back in the drawer. Perfect slices for burgers.I did read many of the reviews (on this one and others just like it) and do recommend buying the larger model. I wouldn’t have been happy with anything smaller.Highly recommended.

Tried on onions. Hard to insert. If you don’t get it right the first time it is very hard to remove for another try. Did get slices of the thickness I like. Unless the item being sliced is small you will need a very thin (Top to bottom of blade) knife. Works as advertised but I would not recommend.
